Scanning Results will be displayed below. You can either optimize them automatically or manually.

Smart SEO

Smart SEO is able to automatically optimize the Meta tags of all pages of your store with one click, and automatically generate the Title Tag and Meta Description to ensure that your store complies with the Google search engine algorithm and bring more organic traffic to your store

1.Bulk Edit

In Bulk Edit, you can choose to apply default settings or create your own templates for meta tag rules for Homepage, Products, Collections, Blogs, Blog Posts, Pages, respectively. Turn on “Let the App decide’ add product meta tags” to automatically add the set product meta tags. By analogy, collection, blog, article, page and other elements can also be added automatically as needed.

2.Manual Edit

In manual editing, you can manually optimize the SEO of products, product series, blog posts, and pages according to the needs of the website. Click “Edit”, and the SEO score and optimization tips are displayed on the right side of the page after the jump. You can optimize the content and meta tags in turn. Click the upper right corner to save the current update.

Now you’ve filled in the most important settings, it’s time to start optimizing. In the remainder of this page, you’ll find an in-depth explanation of how to optimize your product pages. But here, we’ll give you a quick overview of the most important things you should do.

First, once you’ve DH SEO, pick out your most important product page. For every product page there are 4 things you should always do:

  1. Fill in your Focus Keyphrase – the keyphrase that you’d like to rank for.
  2. Make your product page SEO-friendly with the SEO analysis.
  3. Make the content of your product page readable with the Readability checks.
  4. Optimize your SEO title and meta description in the Google preview

Image Optimization

This function can update the alt tags of all images in your store with one click. Add unique alt tags to all images, so your store’s images can be better ranked in Google Image Search. Many people search for products on Google Image Search, which can drive a lot of search traffic to your store.

On this page, you can Alt-optimize and compress images for products, collections, and blog posts.

Image Alt Optimization: You can choose to apply default settings / create your own template to decide the rules for replacing text with images.

URLs Optimization

URLs Optimization can automatically generate URLs for all store detail pages such as product detail pages, product series detail pages, blog detail pages, and store pages with one click. You can decide the rules of the URL and also optimize the long URLs on your website.

You can either deicide your own rule for URLs, then click ‘One Click Optimize’. It will automatically apply to all your product’s URLs. Moreover, if you feel regret to that, simply press ‘One Click Recovery’ and everything will come back to original.

Broken Links (404 pages)

A 404 page in your store signals to the Google search engine that there is something wrong with your store, which reduces the ranking of your store content in Google search results, and a 404 page can also affect the user experience.

It automatically detects the 404 pages, you can redirect the 404 page to a customized page through the 404-page management, or you can automatically detect and automatically reset the 404 page with one click.

Fixing 404 page errors will not only improve your store’s Google search engine friendliness, but it will also prevent you from missing out on in-market customers.

A sitemap is a file that contains links to every publicly accessible page on a website/ all pages get indexed by Google. Sitemap makes it easier for search engines to discover and rank all the content from your website. Sitemap, as the basic content of store SEO optimization, can help Google search engine to browse your store. DH SEO provides an easy way for you to choose which pages to put on the map and automatically generates an HTML store sitemap. You can customize which pages to put on the map through sitemap manager, so as to provide Google with more information about your store thereby improving the indexing and ranking of your store pages.

You can choose to use a Shopify-managed domain name or create your primary domain and create HTML sitemaps for products, collections, blogs, blog posts, and pages.

What should you do yourself?

Despite all these features, our app can’t do all the work for you. It can’t write awesome content, for example. You have to do that yourself. What it can do – however – is make it as easy as possible to work on your site’s SEO.

In general, Google Structured Data (JSON-LD) is a standardized format that helps structure information about a page and makes it machine-readable data. When enabling JSON-LD for your website, it will have an eye-catching appearance on Google search result pages. Better visibility will be an important factor in increasing potential CTR and organic rankings. Not only do JSON-LD significantly improve click-through rates, but the traffic you’ll be driving will also be more qualified. These users are the ones who are making an educated decision – they know your pricing, your product’s availability, your local business, and so on.

This function is to develop your blog content; it tells you what’s the problem with your blog which appears on the right side of the page. According to the problems you can edit it manually. If you don’t have a blog then you won’t need to use this function. However, we strongly recommend you build a blog for your store.

Duplicate Content

It might confuse search engines and harm your rankings. with this feature enabled, you will aware of similar contents from your web pages. Press ‘Edit’ to fix the problems if any duplicate content exists.

Internal Links

Internal link is important for search engines. You should employ this tool to establish site architecture to encourage visitors to spend more time on your site.

In this function, you can easily manage all the internal links of your store. Instead of editing it one by one on the Shopify edit page.

You can remove all the changes you made within the app with one click.

Uninstall DH SEO

If you want to uninstall DH SEO, you’ll need to remove the changes the app made to your products and delete the app to cancel your subscription. We’ve made this process as easy as possible. You can remove DH SEO automatically, but you can also manually remove the Yoast SEO code from your Shopify theme.
